Birds are messengers from the Lord, our creator, sent to remind us of beauty and pure joy in just BEING.

Hi Jel ~~ I feed the wild birds here
every day and enjoy watching them too. Nice tribute to your Grandma.
Thank you for the early Christmas Hugg and the same back to you. Take care my friend. Love, Merle.

You know, my grandma was an avid bird watcher, too! When I was little, she'd call me over to the window, binoculars pointed at her outdoor feeder, telling me about the particular bird perched there. I never really understood the passion.

Now, many years later, I can't get ENOUGH of gazing at the birds at my (several!) backyard feeders! I wish I had paid more attention to her wisdom back then!!

THanks for sharing this, Jel!
