Hi Jel ~~ And a very Happy New Year to you also. Love the daffodils.
I had a wonderful trip but it was tiring and the weather today (New
Year's Eve) got to 40C which is 104F
Darn hot. I hope you are coping with the snow. Love and Hugs, Merle.

Ha! It reminds me of that German helmet that sat on Colonel Klink's desk in the sitcom, "Hogan's Heroes." Did you ever see that show? Anyway, I LIKE it, it's very festive!! LOL!! Thanks for sharing!

My viking helmet only has two horns. I'm impressed. :-)

Is it cast iron? It could be a valuable antique, maybe a pot or a dutch oven. Either way, it's cool.

I hope you have a wonderful new year, my friend. :-)

hey big bro.
it is cast iron, and it is older then me, and that's old!!!

Hi Jel ~~ That cast iron thing could be a Viking helmet or a huge black
cooking vessel.
Thanks for your comments and I am glad you like the pics of some of my family. We all enjoyed the visit.
Take caremy friend, Love, Merle.
